Customers

To create new customers your role should be permitted to do it according to roles.

To add a new customer go to tab Customers, press the button Add profile:

In the opened window enter the following information:

User Data:

  • Branch Name - choose the name of the branch (optional)

  • Segment - segment of customer

  • Asset - code of asset that will be used,

Personal Info:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • External ID (must be unique) -customer's identifier (e-mail or phone number) used at customer profile creation and at issuance of their secret

  • Phone number (must be unique)

  • Paternal Name

Phone number and External ID are required parameters. The others are optional.

For example:

After entering all required parameters press the button Create profile and the new customer will be created.

If you need to edit a customer press 3 dots in front of the customer that you want to edit choose menu Edit Customer:

The Edit Customer pop-up will be opened:

On that page you can update data, press Update Customer and the customer will be updated.

To choose the customers of the branch that you need you have the branch selector:

You can find the customer by e-mail or customer GUID:
