Add new employee

To create new employees your role should be permitted to do it according to roles.

To add a new employee go to tab Employees, press the button Add Employee:

In the opened window enter the following information:

User Data:

  • Branch Name - choose the name of the branch (optional)

  • Role - choose the for the employee

  • Status - the status of an employee: active/blocked/closed (not used at the moment)

Personal Info:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Paternal name

  • Phone number

  • E-mail (must be unique)

For example:

After entering all required parameters press the button Create Profile and the new employee will be created.

After that the new employee will receive an e-mail with an invitation link to the Processing Center and go on with the process:

  1. an employee should follow the link

  2. start the process to reset password

  3. receive a verification code

  4. enter verification code on the form on the processing center

  5. enter a new password

  6. log in the Processing Center.

Edit employee

If you need to edit an employee press 3 dots in front of the employee that you want to edit choose menu Edit employee

The Edit Employee pop-up will be opened:

On that page you can update data, press Update Profile and the employee will be updated.

You can not edit an employee's email.
