Preparing for integration
The preparation for integration is a crucial stage in the collaboration between the DCM platform and the bank, forming the foundation for a successful connection. During this phase, actions are coordinated, necessary information is exchanged, and specific integration steps are defined.
The result of the initial meetings, including the Kick-off, is the Integration Plan. This document is provided to the bank after the integration scenario has been agreed upon or based on previously reached agreements between the parties. The plan serves as a structured guide for executing the integration, ensuring transparency and control at every stage.
The purpose of the Integration Plan is to reflect the current stage of connection, indicating the actions taken and planned.
